Appointment of Executives in the Corporación Uniland

The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Corporación Uniland, which took place on 7th September, appointed as Executives E.A.C. Medio Ambiente, S.L., represented by Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, José Manuel Burgos Pérez, Fernando Falcó Fernández de Córdova, Marquis of Cubas, José Ignacio Martínez-Ynzenga Cánovas del Castillo and José Eugenio Trueba Gutiérrez, as representatives of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, S.A., after its recent acquisition of 51% of the capital of Corporación Uniland.

The position of President of the Board of Directors went to José Ignacio Martínez-Ynzenga Cánovas del Castillo

Dos Mil Doscientos Uno, S.L., represented by Raquel Fradera Lloret and Juan Rosell Lastortras will remain as Company Advisers.

In addition, the Grupo CRH appointed as Executives Freixa Inversiones, S.L., represented by Jorge Roura Bonet and Sagarra Inversiones, S.L. represented by Pedro Navarro Martínez.
