In accordance with Constitutional Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the protection of personal data (LOPD), details provided by the user shall be incorporated into an electronic file, which shall be processed exclusively for the specified purpose. The details shall be collected through the corresponding forms, which shall only contain such fields as are essential in order to be able to provide the service required by the user.

The due level of protection shall be applied to the processing of personal details, in accordance with Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, and such security measures as are necessary shall be taken to prevent said details being altered, lost, processed or accessed without permission by third parties who could use them for purposes other than those for which the user was requested to provide them.

In the event of it being considered opportune to transmit personal details to other entities that are not connected to the Uniland Group, the user shall be explicitly informed of the purpose of the file, the details transmitted and the name and address of the cessionary, so that the former may unequivocally authorise said transmission.

Lastly, users may exercise their rights to contest, access, rectify and cancel the personal details held, in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD, or simply make personal comments or queries in this respect, by sending notice thereof via email to the address barcelona@uniland.es.
